We try to have your product out the door within 48 hours, and our couriers aim for overnight delivery, so your estimated delivery is 3 days. However we’re at the mercy of the courier services we use, so please allow 5 days. If you need a product urgently, please contact us and let us know and we will do our best!
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if there are any problems, please let us know! We will repair or replace items faulty items or items damaged in transit and cover the freight costs within NZ. If you’ve simply changed your mind or find that the item is unsuitable for your needs, we will replace or offer store credit, as long as the item is returned to us at your cost, and as long as all packaging is included and the item can be sold as new.
Orders can be cancelled up until the time they have left our premises. After this point, please refer to the Refunds and Returns policy.
